License Information Form

NOTICE: Anyone born on or after January 1, l949 will be required to have a Hunter’s Safety Card to purchase ANY Big Game License. We will need a copy of your card in order to purchase your license.

If you would like to have us purchase your hunting and/or fishing license(s) for you prior to your trip with us, please fill out the following information COMPLETELY and return it with the proper license fee(s). Plus you must submit a readable copy of your drivers license and hunter safety card. Make your MONEY ORDER or CASHIERS CHECK out to VALLEY GUN SERVICE. No Personal Checks Please. Licenses will be purchased and will be waiting for you on your arrival. There will be no refund after licenses have been purchased for you. Licenses cannot be transferred.

A $3.00 application fee, which is non-refundable is charged for application processing on Special Drawing Permits by the Division of Wildlife.
